yeah = I get that with one of my roles at work

but sometimes get thrown in at short notice.

Most recent thing (a but analogous to your situ) was walking back from my second jab, in the summer, I ended up having to help with an escapee from the local hospital who was grappling with a couple of women and trying to run into oncoming traffic (dual carriageway).

Although none of the conventional stuff was done - the person was kept safe until they were handed off to the pro's.

you can only do your best with this kind of stuff.

TBH I was just pleased I didn't faint - I'm rubbish post jabs... heheheh.
