Ventilation matters hugely

Pretty frustrating that it hasn't been sorted out for the bulk of venues in the course of the last 18 months - would make a huge difference.

Am not personally surprised at people looking at the algebra of works Christmas do's which are often middling anyway and deciding they'd prefer an undisturbed Christmas with family.

Don't really think it needs to be polarised, as everybody's circs are different.
