None particularly badly ill (quite mild apparently, but then they are double jabbed and in most cases under 50). So my anecdotal evidence is that cases are on the rise, but not leading to bad illness or as many hospitalisations. The latter bit is key at this stage I think - nothing will significantly change re: measures unless the NHS collapses or there’s a particularly bad variant that causes lots of severe illness and death.
