Garlic olive oil, 1 Knorr beef cube, sea salt, ground red peppercorns, and a bit of garlic paste
Mush to a thick-ish paste, smear it on your meat (fnarr fnarr) slap it in a very hot skillet. If it doesn't set your smoke alarms off, it's not hot enough. Turn once and only once.
Remove from pan. Leave for 5 mins.
Do NOT cut the steak open during cooking to check if it's to your taste you bloody philistine. Get it right.
