That little video clip is fairly damning for me

Defender dives in front of Idah, and forearm smashes the ball out of play. How in the world is that not a penalty?

Watched Michael Bailey's review on youtube last night, and he was equally baffled by that one, and also the first in the light of the guidance we are playing to this season (arm away from the body, ball hits arm, new rules say that should be a penalty).
