Defensively solid. No stupid mistakes. Just Gilmour flapping his hands around. It was a pen.

We should have had a pen for handball.

Completely failed to make the extra man count. Everybody culpable. Moved the ball incredibly slowly, static upfront. As a result failed to make the extra man count in any meaningful way.

Rupp put in a performance of the kind that has led to all the criticism. Every time he got it, too many touches, turned back, passed backwards. Possibly not entirely his fault given lack of movement up front.

Tzolis did okay, but offered little threat in truth. We really missed Rashica. (Tequila!)

This was the kind of game where the beloved chosen one of Chelsea was supposed to boss it and pick the lock for us. He really didnt. And defensively, he is a liability. Lightweight and slow. Oh to have Skippy to babysit him.

Kenny ran around, but the criticism of Rupp can also apply to him tonight.

Williams and Aarons both failed to make the most of their opportunities. Rarely got past their man. Usually ran forward, stopped, recycled it backwards, slowing everything up.

Sarge was, sadly, rubbish. He's clearly really good against the ball, pretty terrible with it at his feet. He's young.

Pukki didnt get much to work with as a result of all of the above. But, it was his sharp movement that led to the red, and it was his moment of exceptional quality that won us a huge point. Still so so crucial to us. I will accept no criticism.

Idah did alright when he came on. So did PLM. Brought at least a little more energy and pace to the game than the others. And oh man, just lift that shot son, and you're the hero. What a chance to steal all three points.

Todd, beautiful Todd. Where were you buddy? This game was MADE for you. Get well soon, and next time you're out there, Carpe Diem.

Overall, though, we didnt lose, despite serving up the worst 90 mins of football since Smiffy took over. And that was critical. Fortunate to get anything for me, even though we could have won in the end, because of how slow and passive we were for so long. But its another point, we are now "on a run".

Got to play much better than that to avoid a hiding at the weekend. Clearly need Normann and Rashica back asap.
