did he actually say "hashtag ncfc" and do finger airquotes...

or did he have an A4 piece of card with #NCFC in the new font above the new logo? I'd be pretty impressed with option 2 tbf, shows good preparation and inventiveness allied to good attention to detail and the ability to think outside of the box. if it was option 1, then it does not bode well at all.
