What's a "dental appointment"?

The one and only downside of moving back locally is the sheer impossibility of geting NHS dental treatment in Norwich or apparently Norfolk. I've called, I think, literally every dentist in Norwich. Nope, though they all offer "surprisingly affordable private care".
