Smiffy and Shakes

Having reflected on the weekend, one of the things that comes across from the new management team is that they are always thinking, and didnt obviously get caught up in the emotion of it. When goals go in, there weren't any crazy celebrations, or bitter recriminations. It felt like they remained analytical throughout. What needs to change? Who do I need to get a message to. Is the shape still right?
