i wish i wouldve thought of that. for me he's a bit simple and only there because of his football record rather than anything else. but we all know this, dont we???!?

one step back, the bbc craves and still does for the absolute wrong reasons, a justification primarily based upon viewing figures. its absurd to chase this. are we short of ex-footballers who arent areseholes?

shearer, wright, et all spout an expectant of a typical prick youd expect on a good night out on a saturday night in a local pub. and they pay these ppl money.

there is zero analysis and no understanding of the game AT ALL other than they have been briefed before the programme starts. for ppl to think (and lets be fair, lots of other programmes do this) there ISNT an autocue, it treats the viewer as a cretin.

Its embarrasing, its insulting, and we deserve better.
