He's a jumper and shirt man :(

I like jumpers but not on the dugout. In the dugout, the manager should be wearing a parka, no matter how hot it is. (Although, this could possible be replace by a black tee shirt on extreme heatwaves).

I get it. He'll have to settle into his own thing and obvs, I wish him and the lads success, but it's all going to take a bit of getting used to
