Agreed. If you eat fake sausages, fake cheese etc then you'll feel like you're missing out

on the real thing. There are loads of vegan dishes that are DELICIOUS. Having said that, making your own 'cheese' sauce from cashews, lemon and nutritional yeast is easy and can be very tasty.

I'm not a vegan but I make sure I have a lot of meat and dairy free days
