Those burgers are awful...

Best burgers: Beyond (by a country mile), Moving Mountains second

The Beyond burgers, you can break up easily (very moist) to make decent meatballs

Best sausages: Richmond (not much meat in the meat version so pretty close), Cauldron, Sainsbury's 'shroom Dogs

Best bacon: Richmond

Best mince: Morrisons frozen fake mince - it takes up the flavour of whatever you're using it for - spag bol/chilli/cottage pie

Best sausage roll: Pukka (has an authentic 'gristle')
