so Real Man would hate it round here. The problem you have is that no vegan substitute is anywhere near as good as the real thing, so just doing a month will make you feel like you’re continually missing out, whereas after a couple of years I don’t really miss anything (well maybe Stilton). We use oat milk instead of dairy, which is fine in tea/coffee/cereal etc. Vegan cheese is feckin awful, don’t go there, but if you must, the applewood smoked is a bit like that processed smoked sausage shaped cheese you used to be able to get (is it still around?) There are vegan yogs but we haven’t tried them. I’d suggest you don’t try and replace things, just eat fresh plant based stuff.
