Improve various areas of the game which saw them come back much improved after project restart. I suppose the implication being that this was in marked contrast to us coming back looking a shambles.

That different coaches in his team work with different elements of the team (Smith likes to focus on the midfield) which I know is probably not earth shattering news.

That he has a set piece coach (the suggestion being he’s coming with him) and those at Norwich are excited about having a coach prepared to look at extra ways to get more from the squad.

That ex players talk glowingly of him and how clear he made their roles snd tactics.

And that he likes to play golf twice a week (often inviting his players for a game) and is likely to head back to the midlands one or two evenings a week as family is important to him.
