Azeem Rafiq and Yorkshire

In every school yard, work place and social situation incidents like these have occurred. Incidents almost certainly would of happened inside the 4 walls of the club we love. Do we have to draw a line in the sand and say this stops NOW? Educate children from primary school, national standard of codes of conduct in the workplace.
