None of us know, but

The events that have unfolded would be constant with what we’re being told.

- Farke’s removal was long planned
- short list was established in advance, with FL and KK at the top.
- hence the ITK stuff from SB
- then the day after, DS is sacked and is immediately added to the list
- reports come out he’s aced the interview
- FL announces he’s pulling out, as it’s clear he’s being retained on the list I’m case it falls through with DS, and he doesn’t want it to come out we didn’t want him
- DS deal done

The only unclear thing is whether we ever spoke to KK. Or, if I’m sealing the club line like a gullible oaf and actually it’s been a week of blind panic.
