The one things that stands out for me right now is

The transition should be pretty smooth. Smith won’t be moving country and hasn’t been out of the game for a while. He should have a good idea of our players and their abilities, he’ll have a good knowledge regarding the club. Hopefully he’ll bring all his back room staff who he trusts. He should give all the squad a clean slate and with a bit of hard work from him and the squad let’s hope we can quickly pick up some points.

I’ll bookmark this post ready for when he gets sacked in a year.
