I’m not against smith

Just need a bit of persuading as to why this the right way forward, and what he’s going to bring. Partly my ignorance.

My starting point though is that so far this season he’s not got a great deal more out of a villa squad with a considerably stronger squad than ours.

I’d hope we were going for someone on top of their game, with a very clear style of play, and a very clear plan.

Maybe that is smith, but it’s not what I’ve seen from villa this season.
