I can't imagine the powers that be are very happy at all with the way the name of the club is being dragged through the mud with reports of multiple rejections from out of work managers. Its a PR disaster of his own making and I suspect there is already one in the chamber for May.
Being careful what you wish for is a very powerful sentiment in the cut-throat world of PL football.
