Yes I am slightly blinded by the fact Fleming played for us.

Dean Smith has just been sacked from his boyhood club, his dream job after a dismal start to the season in the same league as we are in.
Personally I would prefer someone on the up rather than someone who has just failed.
How much managerial experience did Farke have prior to joining us? Very little of note.

Oh and by the way we are looking for a head coach not a manager.
