That little niggle about the reasons why, and the thought that the names mentioned so far don't feel like they've been on a succession plan of any structure MUST BE BANISHED if I'm going to move on. So I'm now looking for Frank's silver linings, and to be honest, there are a fair few.
Which almost certainly means we'll be appointing someone else.
