What would a more manageable and user friendly form be?

I might be old school but I massively prefer this layout to the Pinkun and TWTD. I've never seen a message board which I thought was better than this.

Indeed my only suggestion would be to make the mobile site more like the browser version (yes I know you can click on that as an option anyway).
