I am not happy if it is FL for the following reason...

He was part of that group of players "the golden generation". I used to be very passionate about the national team in the 90's when we had players like Gazza, David Seaman, Platt, Sheringham, Batty, Beardsley, Barnes McManaman, Waddle etc. Then the next lot came through with their mega money, Wags etc. Some of those players were dislikeable. Such as Terry, Ashley Cole, Wayne Rooney. Beckham even. Although that was alot to do with his wife and celebrity lifestyle. Lampard was also one of them (although I can't remember why). I lost my passion for the national team because of that generation. I have never got it back and I never will.
