I'm not sure many dislike him

and actually, it's not objectively difficult to see certain good things he'll bring - but it's a bit functional - can't imagine he's coming with any great passion for the club (none of which may matter as far as his coaching/managing is concerned) - and not the greatest or longest record in management either, or in getting more from "limited" players, so it's all a bit this and that
