Obviously anything can happen

But his experience at the top level is effectively worthless because he had one of the best squads in the league, the exact opposite of what he has here and a totally different kettle of fish..
What we need is the ability to overcome teams with better players than we have, and he has zero experience of that challenge. I'm certainly not saying he can't do it, just that he has nothing on his CV that gives any evidence that he can. It's a total stab in the dark.
