shall i explain what i posted

when i said England snatching defeat from the jaws of victory its a play on the saying snatching victory from the jaws of defeat

which means a team was in a position where victory seemed very unlikely but they win so what i posted was England were in a very strong position and very likely to win but through bad play from the team they threw away their position of advantage and lost the game
