Bizarre governance if one person is responsible for huge decisions.

My taps nose was slightly tongue in cheek, if that's not too many facial components, but I don't think I ever bought the someone else's decision line. And tbh it's why I've started being a little Jimmed concerned - lots of things are everyone else's fault. And the Webber/Ward axis remains untainted.
