I think Hoots and was probably right.

He did the job and kept us in the PL for a while.
Had a decent mid table finish in there as well.
The football was a bit dull which meant the fans turned as soon as the results did.
Most managers come in when things are s**t.
In this case Hoots was left a half decent squad by Lambert.
