I'm a bit perturbed that we sacked Farke without it being clear who we wanted
Particularly as there isn't really much of a common thread between Knutsen/Lampard/Smith (although that in itself is slightly reassuring as the shortlist is probably just paper speculation / us being courteous to applicants etc)
