right Norwaay about it being brief and inconsequential but it seems to have featured in an awful lot of posts :)

I'm definitely posting from an emotional rather than an objective, analytical place so I completely appreciate your point about the manager's relationship with clubs/fans and cutting slack. (I'm reminded of Roeder - shudder!)
