No, it doesn't. It would be one thing if that was his unsuccessful season.

Or even just one of his average seasons. But it's the only thing he's ever achieved. Losing in the play-offs.

Wanting him as manager is just being a bit star-struck. Unless you truly think his 'contacts in the game' are going to make the difference.
