Lampard would have been surprising, Dean smith? No chance.

Both of these are so un-webber I just don't think it's plausible.

We'll be going for someone that will bring something new and progressive, neither Lampard nor Smith fit that bill.

My money is on the fact that JP knows that an article about Lampard is going to get a lot more clicks and discussion than one about some dude in Norway no-one has ever heard of.
