Whoever it is should feel a bit exciting and a bit of a risk, I think

we're very unlikely to secure someone that's been at a top club as, unless they've been s**t and need to take a backward step (Frank), what's in it for them? And if that's where they are in their career, that's not what we need.

I think Knutsen kinda fits the bill for what we'd be after, however, I think the fact he's in a job and would be up against it to get a work permit, makes it unlikely.
