Critchley has very little experience and is only a name being thrown around due to his previous work with Liverpool. But even the curveball option of Warne is better suited to job than him, and he was a name thrown in more to get people thinking/talking and due to the popularity of two other candidates with links to the club than because he's an option that Webber is likely to consider.
