Didn't Cafu fall out with Webber?
If so doesn't seem likely he would be appointed.
Maassen and Kjetil wouldn't get work permits.
Most likely must be fat Frank. Deffo wouldn't be my choice but he does have a good record of giving young players a chance and developing them.
