I dont really buy the 'balls to make big decisions' argument

It depends on what you do. You just as well say that it takes balls to stick with you long term plans despite lots of ill informed criticism. Farke was given a 4 year contract v recently. On that basis, Webber looks wildly inconsistent.

Anyway - it all now turns on the replacement. I still think that if he's not a proper upgrade, it's a s**tshow. If he is, then good, off we go.
