She has said this many times in interviews that.....

she really hates sacking the managers...... and the one that she really hated sacking was Alex Neil.... who is supposed to be a top person beneath his public persona which never made it on camera.

Considering she has sacked Hoots and Gunn who are considered nice guys that's interesting.
