Managers have to manage and get results at all levels..

....not just in the Championship. Our Premiership record is awful. I think we all loved DF for the football he played, his charisma and press conferences but its a results driven business.

For me the best manager will always be Ron Saunders. He took us up and he kept us up and yes, Graham Paddon in that midfield was Jesus.
