Also I totally get PLM over Gilmour.

PLM's experience has made him look a notch above Gilmour when he's played this term.

Don't doubt that there's a player in Gilmour, but the lack of bite in his tackles and the lack of end product to his passing, mean, for me that he's a player that looks nice rather than is effective, at the moment.

We're hardly in a position to hothouse him currently. Also, Tzolis looked better higher up.
