1. His career has already peaked: he'll never bag more than 6 goals in a PL season again. Championship level football for him from now on.
2. He's on a steady upward curve and will be a PL player for the rest of his career, maybe with a few relegations
3. He's a top half PL player, destined for a big money move to "Villa" (FFS)
4. Champions league material, he'll be bossing the midfield at a top 6 team in a couple of seasons
