Championship ability versus Premier league ability

There are many great championship players but not good enough for the Premier league, take Bradley Johnson and Chris Martin to name just 2 of many, many at NCFC over the years, not forgetting at every championship club too.
But after any promotion to the Premier league they are soon deemed surplus to requirements, discarded, dropped or transferred, it's not their fault just haven't got the ability to be a Premier league player. Shouldn't that then apply to managers/coaches who are great in the championship, like Farke, but not good enough for the PL? But no, we hang on to them 'just in case they can turn it around' when everyone knows they can't or for sentimental reasons or because of a ludicrous 4 year contact been given, rather than move them on when it's so obvious they are out of their depth. And that applies to Farke now. Double standards?
10 games gone, 2 points and 3 goals, doesn't this show where the club is at PL level? not forgetting 2 seasons ago under Farke too.
Every Norwich fan wants us to succeed in the PL and so does SW and DF, but one day, maybe soon, SW and DF won't be at the club as everything comes to and end at some point..but yet again by bad decisions and shocking recruitment we will be back in the championship as SW and DF look on with their new clubs not caring one iota about where we are at as a club. Surely it's time to change the mentality at NCFC and rather be doomed to failure as soon as a PL ball is kicked in August there is absolutely belief in the heirachy that we actually want to stay in the greatest league in the world. Still waiting to see 'what's under the bonnet' Stuart! Pretty rusty, worn and many leakages by what we've seen so far.
Like with many championships players, Norwich are also not up to being PL quality. Unfortunately, we do belong in the championship because that is our level and which is why several fans on this forum can't wait to get back there because it brings goals, fun and excitement even if it's not the greatest league in the world. However, at least norwich do have the 'potential' to change and move up a level, unlike many players. I don't expect us to be competing with the top 6 but at least competing with the bottom half of the PL. Surely that's not too much to ask.

Sorry about the long text
