I found this but solved it...

Steps I took:

1. Select 'additional tickets' and use the drop downs to select number and category of tickets you want**
2. Select your ST seats in the map, even tho they are greyed out
3. The name on each ticket will be yours but amend them in the basket - note, there were two instances of each F&F in the drop down, I selected the second one each time (see next step for reason why)
4. When you select the correct instance, it will show as loaded to ST (or similar text) so you know they have recognised F&F as ST holder
5. Update basket and pay

**The other option is to do above steps one ticket at a time, which also works

Other methods I tried just kept sending me back to my own ticket, but above did work for me
