I guess that we're still targeting players we think would suit /develop into regulars in a top 26 club.

Now's about when you'd expect to see some churn as ones we've brought in/loaned out will need to be involved in the next couple of years to be retained.

We can still keep a decent rep on the player development front if we look to help them move on afterwards and help them develop while they're under our wings. Which looks to be the case with quite a few of them.

Who knows, maybe we'll be including buyback clauses like Chelsea have done with Tammy.
