They don't seem to understand how football works

Some American pension fund arrives and they suddenly start talking about premier league. Even if a bit of cash was enough to make a difference, still takes time to change things and relies on having the right manager and recruiting the right players. Might work out but unlikely to just go from utter s**t to world beaters overnight - if at all.
