Think it's better to wave flags after players have come out

As they emerge from tunnel, should be a wall of noise from cheering and clapping but no clapping with flags. Clap them on then do the flags for the cameras and whatever. Remember one of the players commenting on how it was strangely quiet coming out when everyone was holding up cards. Needs to be as loud as possible
