I genuinely don’t think Farke would have signed for another 4 years

If he didn’t believe in the project.
I have total faith in the approach the club have adopted, as it feels much more organic than in years gone by.
I see the cherry picking as clear evidence that we are picking up great players who we eventually have to let go.
It’s all cyclical and we’re bringing in better quality to develop and eventually keep.
