A question for the wisdon of WotB

Mrs KC are doing various mini breaks this summer in lieu of a couple of weeks in the Spanish sun. One of these excursions is to Sheringham and luckily coincides with the EFL cup second round match date – which will hopefully be at Carrow Road. We will need to be in the general sale pot - hopefully should be able to get tickets. Mrs KC has just been signed up as a Norwich fan to get a membership number.

If we get tickets, I’ve read that they’ll go on a card, Mrs KC does not have one as yet. (I have one from 18/19 season which I presume is ok) Will they send her a card out if we I buy tickets for the game?
