We've got a great pool of players

Most of the complaints I've seen have been that we grind some players into the ground and then chop and change others with little sense.

Who I'd say have all been underused or weirdly used.

Our rotation policy hasn't really been anything of the sort - it's seen players go on lengthy tours and not be used and others (young players) getting hokey-cokeyed in and out in a way that has been pretty detrimental to their progress.

I remain of the opinion that the Selector-coach-captain axis don't look like they have a coherent plan they buy into.
