I think the quality we are looking for is available for 10M or less. Gibson is a prime example.
We currently have 4 good CB's (5 if you include Klose)

Yes, a top CB would improve us but I think we are keeping our powder dry for a top striker like an Adam Armstrong.

I think there are many clubs out there (such as Liverpool) who have quite a few extra CBs knocking around.
